A qualified oenologist by trade, Xavier looks after viticulture and winemaking and is helped in this by his father, who additionally acts as a winemaking consultant for a number of Bordeaux properties, many of them known for their award-winning wines.
Philippe complements his brother’s work in that he manages all aspects regarding commercialisation of the wines.
